Managing Ticket Details, Shipping Addresses, and Tracking Information
Find your order: Go to Transactions tab and select an Order
Navigate to Order Details: Click the three dots (…) and select Order Details or just click the order number to get to order details
Manage Order Details: On the Order Details page, you can manage shipping addresses, and tracking details for all tickets within that Order

Assigning Different Shipping Addresses
Manage Shipping Address: Under Delivery Details, click Manage
Enter Shipping Address: Modify the shipping address for that specific ticket if needed
Save: Click Update to save changes.
Adding/Modify Tracking Information
Manage Delivery Details: Under Delivery Details, click Manage
Selecting Carrier Company: Under Shipping Carrier, select the carrier company that is handling the shipment from the dropdown
Inputting Tracking Number: Enter the ticket’s Tracking Number - Once Tracking Number is added New "Track Parcel" button will appear at the bottom, this redirects to shipping carrier page to track that item
Modify Shipping Status: Under Shipping Status, select or modify the current status of the ticket (this has to be updated manually for now)
Enter Notes: Optionally, under notes section, any Internal notes can be written
Save: Click Update to successfully add or modify the tracking information.
Once tracking details are added, customers will see a Track Parcel button on their end and will be able to monitor their shipment. If tracking fields are not filled in, the Track Parcel button will not appear for the customer.
Note: This is a new feature in the system and the technical team is actively working on improving this. Please expect modifications for this feature soon.
