Setting Event Schedules

26 Jan, 2026

To better support different types of events, the platform now offers an improved way to save and display event dates and times. Previously, events only supported a single start and end date/time, which made it difficult to accurately represent multi-day or overnight events.

This enhanced feature introduces a day-wise event schedule, allowing admins to define specific times per day while keeping the setup flexible and easy to manage. The same schedule is also used on the event landing page, giving customers a clearer and more accurate view of event timings.

One-Day Only Events

Use this setup if your event starts and ends on the same day.

  1. From your Event Dashboard, click Event Details in the side panel. You will be redirected to the Date/Time page.

  2. Under Date Range, select the event date as start and end date. (Choose same day even if that event ends overnight next-day)

  3. Select the appropriate Timezone.

  4. Set the Start Time and End Time(select overnight if needed)

  5. (Optional) Set the Go Live Schedule to control when the page becomes available to the public

  6. (Optional) Set Gates Open Before Event if gates open earlier than the event start time.

Overnight Events (End Time Is the Next Day)

Use this setup if your event starts on one day and ends the following day.

  1. From your Event Dashboard, click Event Details in the side panel. You will be redirected to the Date/Time page.

  2. Under Date Range, select the event date.

  3. Select the appropriate Timezone.

  4. Set the Start Time and End Time.

  5. Toggle Overnight Event ON to indicate that the event ends the next day.

  6. (Optional) Set the Go Live Schedule to control when the page becomes available to the public.

  7. (Optional) Set Gates Open Before Event if applicable.

Multi-Day Events

Use this setup if your event spans multiple days.

  1. From your Event Dashboard, click Event Details in the side panel. You will be redirected to the Date/Time page.

  2. Under Date Range, select the start and end dates of your event.

  3. Select the appropriate Timezone.

  4. Under Event Times, choose one of the following options:

    • All-Day Event

      • Toggle this ON if the event runs all day for each selected date.

    • Same Time All Days

      • Toggle this ON if all event days share the same schedule.

      • Set the Start Time and End Time once.

    • Different Times Per Day

      • Ensure All-Day Event and Same Time All Days are both OFF.

      • Under Detailed Schedule, set the Start Time and End Time for each day.

      • Toggle Overnight ON for any day where the end time falls on the next day.

  5. (Optional) Set the Go Live Schedule to control when the event becomes visible to customers.

  6. (Optional) Set Gates Open Before Event if gates open earlier than the scheduled start time.
