Schedule When Your Event Goes Live

02 Jul, 2026

Your event doesn't have to go live immediately after setup. With the Go Live Schedule feature, you can choose the exact date and time your event page becomes visible to customers. This is especially useful if you're preparing your event in advance and want it to appear at a specific time.

Why This Matters

đź“… Build anticipation by publishing your event page before ticket sales begin

🎯 Coordinate your event launch with marketing campaigns, announcements, or social media promotions

⚙️ Avoid manually publishing your event at a specific time by scheduling it in advance

đź”’ Ensure tickets aren't accidentally available for purchase before your intended sales launch

🌍 Provide attendees with early access to event information, even if ticket sales haven't started yet

How to Schedule Your Event to Go Live

1
Go to your Event Dashboard.

2
Go to Date and Time Tab

From the left-side menu, click Event Details > Date & Time.

3
Under the Go Live Schedule field, toggle Go Live On

4
Set your preferred Start Date and Start Time

Your event will automatically become visible to customers based on the schedule you've configured.

Important: Scheduling your event to go live does not automatically put tickets on sale.

  • Your event can be live without tickets being on sale.

  • However, tickets cannot go on sale unless the event is already live.

5
Save your changes.

Understanding the Difference Between "Go Live" and "On Sale"

These two settings work independently:

  • Go Live controls when your event page becomes visible to customers. During this period, customers can view event description, terms, waiver, and lineups among others.

  • On Sale controls when customers can begin seeing and purchasing tickets.

This allows you to publish your event page ahead of ticket sales, giving attendees time to learn about the event before purchasing becomes available.

FAQs

What happens if I don't enable the Go Live Schedule?

If the Go Live Schedule is not enabled, your event will not automatically go live at a future date. You'll need to manually publish your event when you're ready.

You can do this by clicking Live/Draft located at the upper-right corner of the page.

Will customers receive a notification when my event goes live?

No. Making your event live only makes it visible on your event page. Customers are not automatically notified unless you've communicated the launch through your own marketing channels.

Can I continue editing my event after scheduling it to go live?

Yes. You can continue updating event details, ticket settings, images, and other information before the scheduled go-live time (and even after it has gone live). Just be sure to save your changes.

What if I miss my intended launch time?

If the scheduled time has already passed and your event still isn't visible, verify that the Go Live Schedule is enabled and that the date and time were configured correctly. If everything appears correct and the issue persists, contact support for assistance.

Does scheduling my event affect existing ticket settings?

No. Scheduling when your event goes live only controls your event's visibility. It does not modify your ticket types, pricing, availability, or sales schedule.
