If you need to create a large number of independent tickets at once, you can use the Import Tickets feature. This allows you to upload a CSV file to generate tickets in bulk.
Imported tickets are not tied to an order, meaning no Order ID will be created.
This method is commonly used for large staff groups, guest lists, sponsors, or partner allocations.
✅Why This Matters
Allows organizers to create hundreds of tickets quickly
Keeps tickets organized through batch grouping
Reduces the need to manually create tickets one by one

FAQs
What happens if my CSV file has formatting errors?
If the CSV file contains formatting issues or invalid values, the import may fail or skip certain records. Make sure the file follows the required format and column names exactly before uploading.
Can I import multiple ticket types in one CSV file?
Yes. As long as the ticketName values match valid ticket products, you can include different ticket types within the same CSV file.
Can I upload multiple CSV files for the same event?
Yes. You can upload multiple CSV files if you need to import more than the allowed 1000 records per file.
Can I still link imported tickets to customers after the import?
Yes. Even if tickets are not linked during the import, you can link them later through the Guest List.
Can I assign different Batch IDs in the same CSV file?
Yes. Each row in the CSV can have its own Batch ID, allowing you to group different sets of tickets within the same import file.
