Efficiently arranging your tickets ensures customers see the right options first and makes managing your ticket sales easier. Follow this guide to reorder both ticket layers and their child layers.
On your Event Dashboard, go to Tickets and from there you can reorder the Ticket Layers and Child Layers.
🎟️ Reordering Ticket Layers
Ticket layers are the main categories of tickets for your event. Reordering them allows you to gain more control of your Tickets.
Click the “Reorder" button

Drag and Drop: Drag ticket layers up or down to arrange them in the order you want them to appear.
Apply the Order: Click Apply Order to save your changes.
🎟️ Reordering Child Layers and Assigning Active Layer
Child layers are the individual ticket types within a ticket layer. The Active Layer is the one currently available for purchase on the ticketing site. Other child layers automatically become active once the current one sells out or reaches its cap.
Select the Ticket Layer: Choose the ticket layer that contains the child layers you want to reorder.
Access the Reorder Menu: On the far right of the ticket row, click the upside-down arrow button to view child products.

Drag and Drop Child Products: Rearrange the child products in the order you want them displayed. The topmost product will be the first active product visible to customers.
Apply the Order: Click Apply Order to save your changes and update the active and subsequent child layers.
